​At Future Lady Tradies, we saw a clear gap: too many young women entering blue-collar trades lacked the support they needed to truly thrive. From confidence issues to financial pressure, the barriers were real — and often overlooked.

That's why we created the Apprentice Assistance Program — a tailored support initiative designed to help break down those barriers and empower women in trades.

We’ve partnered with Pynk Health to offer counselling services that focus on mental wellbeing and workplace resilience. We also provide one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, and financial allowances to lighten the load and keep apprentices on track. Our team is here with ongoing support every step of the way — from toolboxes to tough days.

This program is about more than just training — it’s about building confidence, community, and a future where women feel strong, skilled, and supported in every trade.
