Apprentice Assistance Program

Supporting the Next Generation of Female Tradies
At Future Lady Tradies, we saw a real gap, too many young women entering the trades were doing it without the support they needed to succeed. Confidence struggles, financial pressure, and feeling isolated on site were common challenges, and they were often going unnoticed.
That’s why we created the Apprentice Assistance Program. It’s a tailored support program designed to break down barriers and back women as they build their trade careers.
Through our partnership with Pynk Health, apprentices can access counselling focused on mental wellbeing and workplace resilience. We also offer one-on-one mentoring, tutoring, and financial support to help ease the pressure and keep apprentices moving forward.
Funds raised through Future Lady Tradies go directly towards financial allowances for our apprentices, helping cover essentials like groceries, workwear, fuel, or anything else that might impact their ability to show up and stay in work.
From practical help to emotional support, we’re there through the wins and the tough days.
This program is about more than learning a trade, it’s about confidence, connection, and creating a future where women feel supported, capable, and proud to work in the trades.
