Apprentice Assistance Program
The Apprentice Assistance Program provides tailored support for female apprentices entering the trades, helping them navigate challenges both on and off the job site. From mentorship and industry guidance to access to essential resources, the program is designed to boost confidence, improve retention, and set women up for long-term success in their trade careers.

Build it Like A Tradie
Build to Like a Tradie (BILAT) is an educational initiative designed to inspire and engage students—particularly young women—by introducing them to the dynamic world of skilled trades. Aimed at addressing Australia's growing trade skill shortage, BILAT empowers the next generation with hands-on experiences, industry insights, and career pathways to increase female participation in traditionally male-dominated sectors.

The Female Friendly Workplace Accreditation (FFW)
The Female Friendly Workplace (FFW) Accreditation is a targeted initiative developed to improve the retention of women in Australia’s blue-collar industries. By setting clear standards for inclusive, supportive, and well-equipped work environments, FFW holds employers accountable and ensures female staff have the resources and conditions they need to thrive on site.
The Kickass Care Kit
The Kickass Care Kit is a thoughtfully designed emergency kit tailored for women working on site, providing essential hygiene products and comfort items when they need them most. Created to support the well-being of female employees in blue-collar roles, the kit plays a practical role in improving workplace conditions and helping to retain women in the industry.
